Is this about the quonset hut full of hookers?

Good news, everybody! I is no longer unemployed!

On Monday, I actually managed to get multiple job offers (after only 3 weeks of no positive responses...), the best being a 9-week temp placement at The Job Center, the massive building down on Edwin C. Moses. Admittedly, I had no idea just how massive this place really is - 8+ acres of cubicles dealing with welfare applicants.

I'm working with the Youthworks program as a case manager, which consists of driving from one of my 34 job sites (assuming that the Trotwood school system doesn't make me go to each building separately) and making sure that my 165ish employees are working their full time and showing up when they're supposed to be.

It's not the most exciting job, and since I've been assigned to the Trotwood/Northwest area, it means driving a lot. But, the pay's good, and it's a garuanteed 40 hours each week.

Bathroom Renovation - Part 6, The End

We have a functional bathroom again! We spent the weekend finishing the moulding, touching up paint, and putting the fixtures back it. It was a fun adventure including many trips to the neighborhood Ace Hardware (thank God for their advice) and lots of heavy lifting (thanks Husband!) Now we have a nice, non-leaking toilet and a sink installed in a crisp clean bathroom.

Here is Husband trying out his new throne and pondering the placement of the new toilet paper holder...

Placement was determined for the "futuristic robot penis" (Husband can explain that) and installation was a breeze. Finally, everything else including the vent cover, switch plates, mirror, and towl ring were put into place...

This afternoon we hung the door back up so, it's pretty well finished! I still want to get some sort of artwork to hang above the toilet and possibly some new towls, but it's effectively done!

Thanks to everyone for following along. I've really enjoyed sharing the experience!
