I get political for a moment...

Last week, speaking about Pakistani President Musharaff, Pres. Bush said the following:

"You can't be the president and head of the military at the same time."

We still refer to the U.S. President as the "Commander-in-Chief," don't we? Isn't this referring to the executive branch's role (at least since Truman) as the "head of the military"?

I promise, the normal blogging will return this weekend, as I post at length about my extreme trouncing of Adam in Fantasy Football.

Sometimes the Universe feels the need to provide the fodder that renders Dennis Kucinich a bit more legitimate, beyond his smokin' hot wife.

I'm off to make some green tea...

Tom,

to quote my new favorite sitcom about media production:

"Blerg"

There was a great interview with Mrs. Kucinich from The Daily Show where Rob Riggle aks her what it's like to be considered a FILF [Firstlady I'd Like to ...]. The interview ends with Riggle voice overing, "A First Lady this hot could destory this country - thank God Dennis Kucinich doesn't have a chance of winning"

Really, Tom? Green Tea? Are you a 80 year old woman and/or sick? I know it's good for you, but seriously?

No, it was more of a references to Kucinich's used green tea bag he carts around in his coat pocket. But admittedly I do appreciate green tea. :)
